This gym is incredible. The owners have a great responsibility and I respect them so much for running a great and clean gym. They are very easy to work with and very respectful to every member of the gym. If you're looking for a gym this is the one to go too, a positive atmosphere.

Best gym in the area. The owners are hands on and involved in every single day to day aspect and constantly make changes and improvements to satisfy the needs of a diverse gym clientele. They are also very involved in the community, hosting weight loss challenges, sponsoring charity football teams etc. There is a free weight room, cardio room, group fitness room and machine "strength circuit" room all completely separate from each other, no other gym in the entire area provides that type of privacy for people and their individual workouts/needs. They simply ask that you follow some very simple rules (common courtesy really) and wear clean shoes while working out. They work very hard to maintain a friendly, inviting, safe and clean facility that is accessible 24/7/365 to members. The gym is also under 24 hour video surveillance to provide members with peace of mind while working out alone, late at night or early in the morning. You really can't ask for anything more.
